Produced in a signature satin finish, Tiana Marie Combes jewellery wears with an understated and timeless look. Depending on the piece, the finish may develop a softer shine with time and wear. Your 18 karat gold jewellery may be cleaned periodically using gentle soap and water and a polishing cloth. Contact us for more information if your jewellery is in need of repair, repolishing or resizing.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All orders are shipped from Los Angeles using UPS. Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders with the automatic addition of a signature requirement. Tiana Marie Combes is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, orders damaged in transit or returned to our studio, or import duties and customs fees that may incur.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship as our collection is made to order. An order containing multiple items will ship once all items are ready to be fulfilled.

Since our jewellery is made specifically for your order returns are not offered at this time. However, resizing may be able to be accommodated depending on the piece. The buyer will be responsible for any resizing costs or differences in value. We offer in-person and virtual appointments to answer any questions before placing your orders.

We put local production, quality craftsmanship, and recycled materials at the forefront, working with environmentally responsible and community-focused local partners with awareness towards environmental, social, and humanitarian practices.

Tiana Marie Combes fine jewellery is created in partnership with a local business employing skilled artisans, and uses responsibly sourced and recycled gold from an environmentally conscious, fair trade and human rights focused supplier. Made-to-order production eliminates the unnecessary use of resources.

All elements of our packaging are made from 100% recycled materials and post-consumer waste without the use of ozone depleting or harmful chemicals.
